Students Are Important
One of the primary features of good Student service is that the Student is the primary focus. When a Student calls in, a good Student service representative is taught to take the call immediately. A Student should never be put on hold to take a personal phone call, and when a Student is put on hold for business reasons it should not be for more than 60 seconds.Student Service Executives are trained to always apologize to Students after putting them on hold and explain why you did so. Making the Student feel important by treating the him/her as though he/she is most important is our utmost priorty.

The ability to really listen to Students is so crucial for providing great service for a number of reasons.
Every week, we take over a few student feedback surveys, and long before that we show you the data on why listening to student feedback is a must for many businesses who are looking to innovate.
